We are not responsible for the services provided by these third parties, nor do we guarantee the quality, suitability, safety or ability of service providers. Any disputes between you and a service provider must be resolved directly between you and the service provider.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the service in any way that could damage the service, the business of LocalPro, or any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LocalPro and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LocalPro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LocalPro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
