Partner Code of Conduct
Guidelines for service providers and partners on the LocalPro platform.

1. Purpose

This Partner Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all service providers, vendors, and other partners ("Partners") engaging with LocalPro and its users. Adherence to this Code is essential for maintaining a trusted and high-quality platform.

2. Professionalism and Respect

  • Treat all LocalPro users, staff, and other partners with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when providing services arranged through LocalPro.

3. Service Quality and Integrity

  • Provide services to the best of your ability, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
  • Accurately represent your skills, qualifications, licensing, and services offered.
  • Be transparent about pricing, scope of work, and any potential issues or delays.
  • Do not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices.

4. Safety and Security

  • Prioritize the safety and security of clients and their property.
  • Comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations.
  • Do not engage in any activity that endangers or threatens others.

5. Compliance with Laws and Platform Policies

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.
  • Adhere to LocalPro's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other platform policies.
  • Maintain any necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required to provide your services legally.

6. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

  • Respect the privacy of LocalPro users. Do not misuse or disclose personal information obtained through the platform without consent, except as required by law or for the explicit purpose of fulfilling a service.
  • Handle user data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Reporting and Non-Retaliation

Partners are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this Code of Conduct or other LocalPro policies. LocalPro prohibits retaliation against any Partner who reports a concern in good faith.

8. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this Partner Code of Conduct may result in corrective action, including but not limited to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the LocalPro platform, at LocalPro's sole discretion.
