Melvin Lagusay is an Electrical Engineer with experience in electrical maintenance, facility operations, and engineering support. He previously worked as a Mall Engineer at Robinsons Land Corporation in Ormoc City, where he supervised maintenance personnel and ensured the safe and efficient operation of the mall’s electrical systems and facilities. His responsibilities included monitoring preventive maintenance activities, coordinating with contractors and tenants, and reviewing electrical plans to ensure compliance with engineering standards. Melvin also served as Electrical Engineering Technical Staff at the City Engineer’s Office of Ormoc City, where he assisted in preparing electrical plans, cost estimates, and conducting inspections for government infrastructure projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Eastern Visayas State University and has completed several safety trainings including Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) & Basic Safety Train
